Welcome to RV'ing

Welcome to the world of RV'ing. Happiness and best of luck everywhere. We have a Class C motor home, which is fine for us retired folks; it is very roomy for two. When we picked up our son and daughter-in-law with two small children (now 9 and 5) somehow the motor home got smaller! And the noise level went up!
As we discovered, the major difference between our 24 foot and a larger Class C is: the larger ones have room for a sofa in the "living area". Ours was turned in at just under 10,000 miles; we have guessed that the major issues were: the master bed is back in the right wide corner, which makes it hard to make the bed; and the lack of a couch. So if either or both of those are deal breakers, avoid the 24 foor. Otherwise it has been fine. We have one slide with the diner aboard, which provides additional room for the kitchen, so it is convenient.
