If I had to replace the HDMI cable in our 2015 27K I think I would look at using surface mounted wire molding around the front of the cab up close to the ceiling. Your MH probably has the drop down overhead bunk which will hide most of the molding. Our MH is in storage currently so I can't look at it to see if this idea is really practical though I do know the cabinet with the electronics and the TV over the door are both pretty close to the bunk. I used this molding in a previous RV with good results though I did have to use a few very small screws in addition to the adhesive tape the conduit came with. Good luck
