There are two USB ports on the back of the Axxera head unit. One of them is used to run down to the USB port on the dashboard below the radio. Well on my unit, Thor decided to use the “charging only” USB cable instead of the music and charging side. Probably because it was closer and honestly, why should they care - you’re not going to not buy the RV because of that. Sloppy, low quality work with zero pride. Pretty sad stuff. Anyway, you can just plug in into the right one and it will work.
