The one trip we used furnace after replacing the board, CO detector would alarm after about 2 hours of use. That's another issue we'll have to track down over the winter. As much as we love our rig, we're not willing to die in it.
The alarm is often caused by the battery/S outgassing, because of low water.

Kind of a pain to check, but needs to be done. USE a flashlight NOT a match and distilled water.
