You have quite the challenge here! You'll most likely have to fabricate something. It would be near impossible to advise you in any direction without seeing what you're working with. If the window has been missing that long and RV not stored protected, you probably have a ton of wood rot going on also. Can you post a picture here of the area? If it's really a classic unit in otherwise really good condition, the window might be worth spending a few dollars on and get it fixed professionally. If the condition of the entire unit is similar to the issue at hand...you may have a lot more concerns than just the rear window. How does everything else run out?
