Were you ever able to resolve this? I called Firefly who referred me to Thor. That fella recommended a complete power down, including generator off, inverter off, shore power disconnected and most importantly battery disconnect switch to isolated or off for a few minutes to effect a cold reboot. I'll try that as soon as my wife's internet work day is over, but if I try it right now, I'll be sleeping on the floor in the public bathroom.
