I had a slide failure (SOB) and in the process of figuring it out had to remove a motor. I spent an hour wringing my hands and trying to use my phone to download helpful information. But it was literally a 10 minute job once I knew how to do it. I recommend everyone practice manual retracting and or motor removal on a nice sunny day. After you’ve done it you won’t have ANY fear or anxiety about slide failure. And when it happens in the rain when you have to be somewhere you’ll be a happy camper. You DO carry a ladder don’t you?
