I heard that! Did the same thing - the downsize funded the MH - but the hardest part was getting rid of huge amounts of stuff. And giving up an actual workshop for a small bench in the tiny garage whoo-hoo! But the condo does the grass and snow removal and I DON’T miss that! Enjoy your new home, my friend.
