Your TV and DVD do not have external fuses.
They're 110v and have breakers in your breaker box that is near the fridge.
Or
You've popped a gfci receptacle.

A rule of thumb:
12v uses fuses either in line or in the same box as the breakers
110v uses breakers that are exclusively in that box OR on your gfci 110v receptacles.

I would check the receptacle that's on the your left most side, inside the left most cabinet above the sink.
Then look in that long outside hatch under the TV.
Upper your left corner , there're connections and possibly a receptacle.
