I would rather develop the relationship with the outside service centers. I have no problem with the dealer making the initial appointment if they have the contacts but I will take the coach.
As a note, my dealer cannot pull a slide out of a coach for shimming. That is something they say they would have to take somewhere else to include the paint work after shimming. I elected to take the coach to Jayco factory service in April to have the work done. I have a 2 week appointment and will get all issues at the time handled while it is there.
