Yes, I would guess that most of the Vegas-Axis come with the batwing as stock. It is usually obvious for raising or lowering with the crank, so I offered a pic of the non lifting rotating head that may help.
As a side note, I came into a King Jack head conversion and replaced the stock batwing with it. Below is a pic of the conversion that does lift with the Jack head. Works good with a few more channels being picked up vs the batwing. But, I had a Rayzar conversion on my other coach and all things being equal, I would rather have it as it picks up from both sides and requires half the tuning.
