Hey BlueWater, Make sure the shallower 1/8" deep side of the grommet is facing out and not the deeper 1/4" side facing out. Also make sure the valve stem extension is protruding thru the middle of the rim hole before the grommet is in place. I had to carefully bend my extension and reverse the grommet.
