I use Tow/Haul when pulling my toad in traffic or heading downhill: lower shift points keeps the rig easier to stop. I disengage on flats/ when at cruising speed. I drive a bus set on an E350 chassis at a ski resort and use Tow/Haul going downhill. Prevents riding the brakes the entire trip. I disengage on flats.
