I installed something like that in my first travel trailer; a 1977 Mallard Goldeneye 25 foot bunkhouse that I purchased in 2000. It worked great while I had the Trailer and saved me from dealing with the soft spot in the floor where the toilet was. It was slightly cheaper when I bought it in 2002.
