I weigh in fully loaded including full tanks and passengers, 10,900 pounds.
Not sure what a slide adds in weighs,
even if you are at GVWR (12,500 lbs) you still have 6000 lbs available to tow, to reach GCWR of 18,500 lbs

That’s the way I’d look at it also. With Ford E-350, you should have at least the 6,000-pound tow capacity that comes from 18,500 GCWR minus 12,500 GVWR.

That’s a minimum provided motorhome is not overloaded.

Caution I’d add is that some smaller Class Cs also come on Chevy 3500 Cutaway chassis, and they have much lower GCWR so towing capacity is not as high as on Ford E-350.
