I was wondering for a spare and in a pinch how come you could not use the more available 19.5 × 6.0 × 10 bolt 225 mm rim. I understand it's not the same size but would the .375 on each side really matter.
The reason for the 6.75" rim width and back space is to keep the rear dulies with 245 mm tires from rubbing each other. The 6.0 inch wide rims are made for the smaller 225/70-19.5 tires and locate the tires closer together. Any Ford dealer can order rim as it is in the Ford parts catalog for the F-53 chassis. Accuride sells the 19.5"x 6.75" 10 bolt rim with 225 mm hub center. <https://buytruckwheels.com/>
