So I thought Id give the itinerary of the rally.
Thursday: Buffet
All you get eat lobster, prime rib, and the usual buffet food. It was very good last year.
Friday night: BBQ dinner at my site.
Bring your own meat and sides. Share your sides if you want. We had some great sharing
Saturday morning: Breakfast at my site.
Kents great pancakes, eggs, peppers and onions, chorizo, danish, fruit
Saturday night: Italian dinner catered at my site
Pasta, sausage, meatballs, pizza. Pot luck on sides
I have been in contact with Thors VP of Operations. He is already working on a Thor Rep to come speak to the group. Most likely for the breakfast but the rep will be welcome any time
If you have an ez up and can bring it that would help. The plan is to put our tables at my site and use it as our meeting place.
Also the cg bbq on my site is available for all to use. I plan to bbq every night so come join me.
