The steps for your Hurricane will be similar but the pictures of where stuff is will be different. In most cases there is an inside panel near the water heater that you can remove to get access to the bypass valves. The drain valves are usually near the water tank.

It is a fairly simple process to do and only takes 15-20 minutes. You just have to be thorough and not skip anything. We've been RV'ing for over 15 years and I've winterized myself every year..
