Thor Vegas question

I just started into RVing, and have purchased a 2017 Vegas 25.2. While checking the tire pressure, I noticed two things. There is a manual rewrite out there that calls for 75 psi front, and 65 psi rear. The tag at the drivers seat call for 75 psi front, and 85 psi rear. The max pressure on the tires (original equipment) is marked as *) 80 psi. What is correct?

The second thing I noticed is that the dual tires in the rear are tied together with a single pressure filling point. Is that normal? I assumed that they would fill separately so if pressure was lost in one, the other would stay inflated until you could get stopped.
