Hmmmmm. Well my pads are about half worn so I would not typically replace them now. I have never seen bushings do this in an automotive set up. But as you know we are talking about a DRV 5th wheel, right?
It is not a big deal to replace, but if you are not aware that the bushings could go bad and do not inspect them from time to time, it can cause further damage, causing the rotor or even caliper to go bad.
