GSWH-2 Gerard Tankless water heater user control panel
The On/Off Button does control the power of the Control Panel itself.
There is a master power switch outside inside the unit that controls all power.
I have never seen the issue you are describing. I could see it being one of the following:
- Bad Control Panel
- Bad / Loose Wiring
- Main Board Problem in the Unit
I’d pull the panel and check that the wiring is ok there. Then I would check the wiring in the outside unit.
