I think these would roll you out. They store easily.

Edit: you look too deep to place the things in the link. After looking at your pictures I've made a note to put a compact shovel and hoe in the 24.1.
I know it's was not in your agenda today but you've made me finally realize a use for that axis rear bumper. It'll hold a shovel and a hoe between the bumper and the coach. Thanks.
