I had a similar situation in OKC. We lost power while plugged into shore power. We plugged into other nearby posts and still had no power. So I thought the problem was the converter. So after installing a new one, we found that wasn't it. After talking with the campground's RV handyman, we looked at the automatic switch and found a loose neutral wire. You can tell which one has gotten loose. It'll be the one that is no longer white at the end. It'll be brown instead from the heat it generated. Simply turn off all your power to be safe, re-strip it, and reconnect it. Hopefully that will solve your problem.
