On my initial transcon my greatest challenge was lateral movement.

I thought the same when I saw the Safe T Plus (a horizontal shock-absorber) but since I'm so far from home/tools the "plug and play" benefit is convenient. The rest of the stabilizing mods will likely have to wait especially since I'd rather be on my surfboard than under my RV.

As for road comfort and fatigue I plan to take a bit of inventory as I head east next month. Some are less or more sensitive to noise, bumps etc. and I will modify accordingly.
