Yeah, that's scary looking. Somebody's run eternabond tape down the side of the roof trying to stop a leak.

Is this at a dealer or a private sale?

You would have to be handy enough to fix/repair this yourself if needed if you purchased it and the purchase price would have to be extremely good to consider it at all.

Too many other 24.1s out there if you're not up to the possible aggravation this may cause.

If CW thinks it is not a problem then they should restore it to factory configuration without a roof bubble before selling. If you work that in the deal you should also include a visual inspection by you or your designated inspector when they lift the edge of that roof.

I would also look very closely at that side wall. The way the sun is reflecting off it in the picture makes it look like it may be slightly bowed. If there is any indication of damage or delamination on the wall I would run away from this coach.
