Take a look at the install instructions that you can download. One is for a chassis already with a rear sway bar and the other is for one that does not have one. Don't see any drilling.
Jerry's comment pertains to the F-53 chassis. You will need to figure whether yours is an E350 or E450. Vin will tell.
