Update: just got the Gemini home. Cap looks pretty good, I think that the dealer could have done a better job on prep, but all in all I am pleased with the outcome. I still maintain that it should never have happened. It's a shame that Thor has abandoned all pretense of standing behind an otherwise good unit. I think the cap-only paint solution is ok. Time will tell.
