I thought about this when we went to ALASKA back in 2017, 13,000 miles round trip...
took a plug kit, and that's about it - never an issue, though one can worry about it more than the reality of it.
Today we have 'better' tires, and there is a more prevalent number of options for 'emergency roadside service', and even more tire centers and mechanics along the way, even sometimes in what looks like the 'wilds' of the Yukon, British Columbia, and interior Alaska...
Many things are possible, almost ALL really, which is what we tend to 'worry' on... but MOST are simply PROBABLE, which is not NEARLY a reality ... there could be 'worst' things than being broke-down due to a tire issue, while in an RV... where you have food, water, and the basic needs, even a restroom : )
