new here and need some info
I recently purchased a 2015 Freedom Elite 28H. This is our third RV. We are hooked.
I need any info on replacing the cabin door gas prop, struct whatever is the technical name. Its 20" ball to ball but does anyone know the pounds of pressure required? I see 10, 20, 40lbs. etc. on various websites. Nothing specific for my motorhome. The original part was not on the door bottom when I purchased the unit. Camping world gave me the part number 0255503 strut.
They want like $60 plus shipping. I'm willing to chance a generic 20" but need to know the lbs.
Any Help Appreciated.
