We have replaced the main switch (the tab on the back broke off when we were using a voltmeter to test it) and also replaced the battery disconnect relay. Two 40 amp fuses were blown (believe the reverse polarity fuses) and were replaced. The 100 amp breaker near the batteries was tripped, but not the 50 amp. We have checked the breakers and fuses in the main box as well as the one in the engine compartment.
Any other ideas?

Trip and reset the 50 amp breaker
Verify your battery connections are now correct.
Check your converter AC breaker.
Check your house battery voltage
Check the 5 amp fuse(s) on the latching relay (for the USE/STORE switch)
