Serpentine belt

It's the serpentine belt.
On mine it occurs around 2100 RPM while under a load, and has been a nuisance for the entire life of the engine. Twice when the unit was at the Ford dealer, I have logged the complaint with the service manager. They will not fix it. A mechanic I respect said never to use belt dressing... not sure why.
The only solutions are to change the belt or not cruise at 2100 RPM.
