We didn't get a written survey, we actually got a live phone call. The caller said she was from Thor Motorcoach, and asked if we would be interested in trading in our 29.3 ACE for an upgrade, now that we had owned it for three years. We told her that we had just sold it, but that we had had quite a number of problems with it, and even though we felt that we had finally worked through all the problems, which took us all three years, that we had decided we needed to downsize, not upsize, so had purchased a smaller motorhome. She wondered if we had purchased a quantum. Nope, Winnebago View. Said she would take us off her calling list.
