I think you might have to remove the slide to get to those bolts. I have an Axis 24.1 and my propane tank was reptured when a big piece of metal fell off a truck and came sliding down the highway toward me in Alaska. It emptied the tank in about 5 seconds and scared the crap out of us. No spark but it bent the 4 bolts that mount the tank. I could not determine how to access the top of the bolts and they would only spin in place when I loosened the nuts from under the camper. Eventually took it to an RV repair place and they were able to repair it by putting some sort of glue or epoxy in the holes and got the nuts off to replace the tank. By the way-- I found the exact replacement tank at Home Depot. It was about $250. Good luck.
