Basically, used marine Starboard, like plastic cutting board. Fastened the mounting hardware to the Starboard.
Then used Sikaflex adhesive and a couple of small screws thru the Fiberglass area of the roof. By using the adhesive you are able to limit the number of penetrations into the roof. (I used same adhesive for my drill-less solar mounts)

Here’s a photo of the dish with the dome removed, but you can see how it’s fastened to the Starboard.
