I was having the same issue on my 2016 Palazzo. I finally found the source of the noise - it wasn’t the pivot points, it was the shaft/plunger in the air piston. Try spraying silicon dry lube on the shaft when fully extended.

That's what fixed it for me, just another can of something to load in the MH
