We have replaced the main switch (the tab on the back broke off when we were using a voltmeter to test it) and also replaced the battery disconnect relay. Two 40 amp fuses were blown (believe the reverse polarity fuses) and were replaced. The 100 amp breaker near the batteries was tripped, but not the 50 amp. We have checked the breakers and fuses in the main box as well as the one in the engine compartment.
Any other ideas?

This doesn’t address what the problem is but always disconnect the ground cable first and connect the ground last. By ground I mean the last ground cable that connects to the coach ground/frame. This way no sparks if you accidentally touch a hot wire to ground.
