New member, Thor Outlaw 29J
Hi everybody. My name is Gary, and tomorrow I should be in the Thor RV family. I am picking up a new 2020 Outlaw 29J, from Meyer's RV in Churchville NY. I'm making the drive from Cleveland OH because they are selling the vehicle new for $6,000 less than the $89,990 that everyone else seems to be selling the 2019 model.
I have a BMW R1250 RT that I look forward to bringing with me on trips, and kayaks,, etc,, and I really want to get into RV the game at age 49, while I still have my son holding interest in hanging out with me. I may get into dirt riding with my son too, and bring those along.
Anything I should look out for before I sign papers? Extended warranties are usually a hard no for me, but I'd like to know your opinion. Any other advice?
