On my Ford F53 the bolt torque is 250 lbft. That’s a bunch and if there is rust or crud it can be tough to get them loose (or tight after). I have a 36 inch breaker bar and didn’t have any trouble but just know it’s there. I don’t recall the torque on the E chassis but I don’t remember having any trouble with it. Don’t know about the Chevy chassis. I also recall that the factory will install for free if you take it there. RVs are made for traveling so maybe just plan a trip that way when they let us out again?!
