Sounds like the chassis battery is dying. On shore power the bird is charging the chassis battery which lets you start the rig.

Could not start on emergency start. Started after shore power on for 5 mins or so. Started every day since as well with no shore power. Seems like some switch or relay cutting out because house batteries were fully charged when I put meter to them. Not sure where to look.
