Thanks for all the help. We've talked to SEIKI reps 3 times and gotten 3 different kinds of advice, the last one being to "Call the Cable company."

Can anyone please go to the TV and go to the Menu and under the Channel TAB, does anyone else have DTV signal and it is greyed out? Or does it appear as white, like the other ones on the list?
