The Xantrex PROwatt 1000 watt is a pure sine wave inverter. They installed the inverter in the outside bin behind the step. The on/off switch was installed next to the light switch by the door. I think the cost for everything was just over $700.00 including the transfer relay which is required to prevent power from back feeding into the inverter.
