Where is my "isolator" solenoid?

I will be an Emergency Start solenoid.... most Class C's don't have the battery isolator so that is why you want to add the Trik-L-Charge.

On my E-450 (2018 Outlaw 29H) it was located on the driver’s side inner fender under the hood.

If you can follow the wires from your Emergency Start switch it will lead you to the solenoid. It should run from behind the switch and then thru the firewall over to the solenoid.

I don’t have my Outlaw any more or I would post a pic.

The solenoid will also have a fuse wired with it and you should see a battery cable that runs from the solenoid to the positive battery terminal. Check the fuse while you are it. Mine was blown from the factory and my Emergency Start would not have worked if I needed it had I not checked the fuse while I was installing my Trik-L-Charge.

I mounted my Trik-L-Charge near the Emergency Start Switch so I could easily see the status LED’s on it from inside the coach.
