This is timely. I also have two of the three Seiki's in our unit failing to turn on but with the red light showing power is to the sets. One for about a year and now the second. I also don't use the outside tv - in fact rarely use any - and have converted the outside tv area for switches and breakers for solar and inverter additions.
I spent a good part of yesterday on the web looking for solutions and was considering breaking one open to check the power supply - based on youtube videos. A good chance for me to screw something up.
Based on this thread, a trip to Best Buy or somewhere similar makes sense.
