After the rain last night we seem to be locked inside our coach. 2017.5 Thor Tuscany 38SQ with power remote entry door lock. The bottom lock (power) is not opening via power remote, or key. (Asked a neighbor to try the outside key.) Seems like to lock is not engaging with the handle so the door can be opened.
Does anyone have suggestions or experience with what the problem maybe and or how to correct/fix? ...other than calling a mobile locksmith (that may not have experience with RV Motorcoaches)
