2001 Four Winds Fun Mover 31C wont't start

Good evening. I am a new owner to a preowned RV that I have recently had a problem with. I'll first start off by saying that it is the V10 Ford E350 chassis and has started flawlessly since I brought it home. I bought it from a gentleman that used it for a mobile command center of sorts for his business. I brought it home and parked it in the driveway for about 1 month before taking to a covered storage unit. While home it was never plugged into house power and drove a few times and powered the unit inside by the generator.
I got got to the storage unit and plugged it into house power and went back about 2 months later to take it on a trip.At that time, it wouldn't start after unplugging it from house power. It also will not power up any 110V plugs or A/C when I turn the generator on. I have read somewhere that this unit has a safety feature that will not allow it to start when it is plugged into the house power and I think that device (wherever it is) may be sticking or malfunctioning. I would appreciate any and all helps, thoughts and recommendations as to how to check this and or fix it. Thanks in advance for your time.
