Well, they have now had it two weeks and still can't find the issue. Only dealer in the area. I contacted THOR and they said they would have their electrical engineer contact them to help. I am going to print out all of your replies and give them to the dealer - maybe it will give them a budge to look out of the box. Thanks everyone.

By the way - according to THOR this unit definitely does not have an AGS switch.
