I really don't think the 40am breaker is in here, guys...

From what I can tell I have two sets of fuses, one that is hot 24/7 and one that is hot based on that relay which I had to rip out and will have to replace and rewire.

Sigh.

Get this - for about 5 minutes this morning I DID have 13.3 coming from my new converter to my batteries (I have voltmeter right by my desk).

History:
- Installed new converter.
- Had 13.3 for months.
- Recently lost it, now sits at 12.8. Been using my TV/computer for 2 weeks now I guess just on house battery power. I assume it's because I popped the breaker that supplies 13.3 from rear of coach. I have 13.3 at converter and at under-bed 12v fuse panel.
