Thank you. Based on the illustration in the manual, I think it's Thetford Aqua Magic II. It comes with two seals, so I guess one is a base gasket.
I also found this review. Not to offend anyone, but sure would like to know why the statement was made:
"There were no instructions so I used a good You Tube video to install. I had trouble with the flap working properly because the video said to use Vaseline to lubricate it. This was a mistake! I went to the Thetford website and they recommend a silicone spray lubricant. I tried this and it worked great. Works like new!"
