Transfer Case
Yep, we have a 2020 JL and shifting is a bit of a chore. When done towing I was able to get it into 4H but not 2H. Once I moved it a few feet it easily went into 2H. Part of the trade offs of not having all of the electronics for the transfer case but I actually prefer the direct shifting. You'll figure it out. Other than that, we made our first towing trip last weekend and it was a success.
