A couple more questions. just curious
What caused the leak, freeze, rubbing on something?
How long is it, hopefully very short?

Take the inside connection loose, be careful don't lose it.
Now take the outside connection out and see if you can pull a little out, be very careful!
If it seems like you can pull it out tape or tie it together with the new hose overlap the hoses to keep the joint as small as possible.
Get your helper to push the new hose as you pull the old.
Good luck and if it doesn't work try it from the other direction.

Let us know how it's going.
